Q3: The Item Was "In Stock" When I First Added It Onto My Shopping Cart. But Now It Is Not. Why?

All items are on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability. Items are only considered reserved for your payment for 24hrs when you add it to your shopping cart, but another keen buyer had already pay for it before you did; hence in this case, Mamatiam will try to re-order it for you or make a full refund to you, Alternative you can pick another keen item of the same value.

Q4: How Long Do I Have To Wait For Items Which Are "Not in Stock"?

Most of the popular item we re-stock might take 2-4 weeks before arriving in Singapore. And we regret to inform that some of the popular item will not be re-stocks due to suppliers’ stock availability.

Q5: Can I Exchange Apparel Which Does Not Fit My Size?

All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each individual item description page. Mamatiam had also included a measurement guideline to ensure customers buy the correct sizes. We apologise that we do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit customer's size.

Q6: My Items Are Defective Upon Arrival. What Should I Do?

In the event where unfortunate incidents such as item found defect or wrong coloured item delivered happens upon you, Mamatiam are willing to bear all the postage costs during the exchange.

Local Buyers - We accept payment via PayPal/Credit card, internet banking, Bank transfer and cash deposit to our POSB / DBS / UOB and OCBC accounts.

Malaysia Buyers – we accept payment via bank transfer to our Malaysia’s Maybank account. Be assure that there will not be any extra telegraphic transfer charges from bank.

International Buyers – we accept payment via PayPal. Both Master and Visa Credit and Debit are accepted via PayPal payment. You do not need to register for a PayPal account to pay for your orders.
