Simply means there is no waiting time while most online shops operate on a pre-order practices where customers have to wait at least 3weeks and even longer. Due to daily overwhelming orders, Mamatiam seeks your understanding that items are only considered reserved once payment is confirmed via email or SMSes.

Mamatiam will ensure all item are at its best condition before arranging it to be deliver to our customers.

In the event where item(s) paid are sold out, Mamatiam will do a full refund back to your account.

Mamatiam provides the best service to all customer and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping at Mamatiam.com In the event where unfortunate incidents such as items found defect or wrong coloured item delivered happens upon you, Mamatiam are willing to bear all the postage costs during the exchange.

*Item must be in original packing and item tag must NOT be removed, in order for exchange to be done

*Email must be notify within 7 days from the date of delivery

*There shall not be any refund unless the item of your initial choice is out of stocks

*Item will be exchange to the same item unless the item of your initial choice is out of stocks

*Item can be arrange to exchange for the item of your choice, only if you are willing to bear all the postage costs during the exchange and item must reach me within 1-week after our agreed email conversation
